- The 115299 rate reported by the DUN is becuase your modem is returning a connect
- string that the registry is not set to look for. If you have a USR modem, you'll
- need to get a new .inf file to go with your modem so that all the new V.34+
- connect strings are recognized. You can get these new inf files from
- ftp.usr.com.
